To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we kindly ask that all guests who share a ticket arrive together at the event. 
We can’t guarantee entry if you arrive separately on a shared ticket.
Having a ticket doesn’t guarantee entry if our ticket terms aren’t followed.
If there is an event dress code, entry wont be granted to anyone not dressed according to the theme.

While we want your night to be nothing short of incredible, we must inform you that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged items. However, if we happen to stumble upon any treasures left behind, we’ll make sure they find their way to our lost property. SAFETY
Our dedicated team works tirelessly to create an environment where you can let go, have fun, and feel secure all night long.
To speak with our team on the night, simply approach any of our safety team members, our team will be wearing bright pink high or bright red vis vests.
Although unruly behaviour is uncommon, the team are there to handle any situations that may arise on the night. We can’t do much after an event to address any problematic behaviour, please do your bit for community safety by reporting anything that is a concern and needs addressing, so our team can respond appropriately then and there.
LOOK OUT FOR OTHERS
We’re a community that values well-being and safety above all else, so we encourage you to look out for one another throughout the event. If you ever spot anything concerning or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team on the night– we’ve got your back!
PLAY SAFE
As part of our commitment to everyone’s pleasure and safety, we provide sanitisation wipes, condoms, and lube… these are available at the bars and in any play-zones or playrooms.
SECURITY
Our venue boasts a robust security presence to ensure unruly behaviour is a no-go, giving you the freedom to explore, express, and enjoy without worries.
ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUGS
To ensure everyone has the best time possible, we strictly prohibit obvious signs of drunkenness or drug-affected states. Your well-being is our top priority, and we’re committed to fostering a responsible and respectful atmosphere throughout the night.

We regret to inform you that due to venue limitations, which are often multi-level, accessibility for individuals with disabilities may not be fully achievable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss any specific concerns or requirements you may have.
TICKET RESALES
Ticket resales are the name of the game! 
We totally get that plans can change, and life throws surprises your way. For single female tickets, discounted tickets, couples, and those with for-hire booths, reselling your tickets is a breeze! You’re free to find a lucky person to pass on the fun to.
Now, for our fantastic single men, we have a unique process in place. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you only resell your ticket to a single female or an NSFW verified single-male. No need for a name change, just hand over a copy of your ticket to the lucky buyer, and they’ll present it at the door. For VIP booth resales, contact our team via email to organise a transfer.
So, if you find yourself in a situation where you can’t make it, don’t worry! Our reselling policy has got you covered, and it’s all about spreading the joy of our unforgettable events. Let the ticket fun begin!
CANCELLATIONS
In the event an event is cancelled, a ticket credit will be offered to any other NSFW Events event of your choice (even those of higher value), the ticket type will be the same ie couple or simgle female. The credit will be valid for 12 months.
REFUNDS
Ticket cancellation? We’ve got you covered! 
We don’t provide refunds but if your plans change and you need to cancel your ticket, here’s the scoop, up until 45 days leading up to the event: you can roll over your ticket to the next same event ie KRAVE or BERLIN XXX. If it’s within 45 days prior to the event, we won’t be able to roll over your ticket due to event costs and budgeting made based on ticket sales.

In the world of events, anything can happen! 
While we always strive to bring you the best experience possible, sometimes life throws us unexpected surprises. So, please be aware that event changes might occur, and these can include, but are not limited to, alterations in the entertainment lineup, venue, DJs, available rooms, closing time and more.
But hey, worry not! We’re committed to making every moment unforgettable, and even with changes, we promise an amazing time. Our dedicated team is always on the ball, ensuring that whatever comes our way, we’ll keep the party going and the good vibes rolling.

We know you’re all amazing people who love to spread good vibes, but remember that any failure to comply with our rules might lead to removal from the venue. 
We’re all about creating a welcoming atmosphere, so any necessary actions, like a warning or potential lifetime ban, will depend on the situation’s severity.

By following the rules, you’ll help us maintain an incredible environment where everyone can dance, laugh, and celebrate together.
